Black ice is invisible until your tires find it. Live Mode watches four tell-tale conditions — surface temperature at or below freezing, recent moisture, dawn humidity, and bridge or overpass exposure — and warns you minutes before the road turns dangerous.

Your co-pilot re-checks conditions along your route continuously while you drive. The moment all four conditions converge on the segment ahead of you, Live Mode moves from the calm All-clear state into an amber Watch-ice state with a short, actionable message.
